Our west coast parts distribution facility is geographically and strategically located in Southern California, with close proximity to the OEM’s distribution warehouses we support, and we can ship product from both the east and west coast distribution centers.

OEM – FACTORY TRAINED & CERTIFIED – ABA Moriah Corp is the only authorized North American Factory Repair Center for Printronix LLC. Our certification by the OEM, assures that we invest in the latest test instrumentation and tooling, to keep ahead of the technology curve.

Certified Factory Repair Experience

ABA Moriah repair technicians have accumulated over 100 years of Printronix repair experience. Our technicians have the necessary knowledge base and experience to keep hard working printers and sub-assembly’s working at optimum performance levels.

Shuttle Cleaning/Refurbishment Process

Depending on the shuttle model and line speed, we can perform deep shuttle assembly cleaning, fret removal, realignment and reassemble using appropriate tools, fixtures and methods including OEM approved 25in.lb/30in.lb torque drivers necessary to meet OEM standards and methods.

We use several cleaning techniques and processes to remove, debris, paper dust, ribbon fibers and ink resin accumulated between the fret and coil pole pin location. Print density, phasing and adjustments are made to ensure optimal print quality.

All cleaned and refurbished shuttles receive new ribbon mask, and are put through a 2-hour burn-in test.
